My wife and I tried this the other night. To start the atmosphere is rather strange. They think that by hanging some indian looking cloth on the walls it makes the place feel Indian.....It does not. Also they were playing some sort of Indian techno music which did our heads in! The food itself was actually pretty good. We had the chicken tikka masala with rice and garlic nan and i couldn't complain. Not the best but... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Delhi Masala:
I ordered a mixed appetizer with fried dishes which was acceptable. The lamb was excellent but not as spicy as I requested. Good part was it was only $30 for a shared appetizer, two main lamb dishes and a liter of fresh ginger juice. View all feedback.
Good food. We orderded to dishes: lamb with vegetables and tikki massala with some rice. Both very tasty. Spiced just the way we asked. It would be even enough for 3 persons. We drank the 2 first apero drinks on the menu, very good. We paid 550pesos, that's 33€, in Belgium you cannot eat a meal like this for this price, and I think in general Buenos Aires is expensive. You also get a small starter. Recommended!

The restaurant surely doesn't live upto its name. When we got the table, we weren't given the menu for like 15 mins. Then finally we got it and ordered( for ordering also, we had to call the server thrice, and then they took the order). So finally we ordered, and then it took almost 50 mins till we got the food. In between we reminded the server twice for the food. We ordered Dal Bukhara and Chicken tikka masala. Dal bukhara was no where near being Dal Bukhara, it was yellow dal. And chicken tikka masala was just like chicken curry. We told the owner of the restaurant the same, and he said tht chicken tikka masala is prepared this way only, and he can change the dal for us. But it had already been soooo long that we were waiting for food, that we just ate it as we were hungry and did not want to waste any more time. There was a lot of rush in the restaurant, may be the food is good for the argentine people, but surely not good enough for indians! And one of the servers was not good at understanding english so well, so she completely refused to come to our table, even when i just wanted to ask for water! That was pathetic!
Was taken here by friends and didn't have great expectations. Restaurant atmosphere was simple and inviting, waitress very friendly and food acceptable. It was spicy and unique; the curries and favoured rice were different from the usual generic variety. The samosas for entree were divine.Final bill was very reasonable.
We were steaked out and looking for something a little familiar. We ran into this place a decided to give it go. While Argentines are not into chilly as a rule our waitress was on the case and brought a dish of the hottest homemade chilly sauce I have tried. As it transpired asking for spicy was just about right for us. No need to bring out the nuclear option. The food was tasty and service excellent. Nothing was too much trouble so if you want something ask and they will accomodate you.
