Casal de Catalunya - Buenos Aires

Very attractive restaurant in the Catalan cultural center in the area of San telmo of good airs. As usual in good airs, Catalluya's house does not start serving dinner until 8:00 pm. My husband had a delicious onion soup and had a green salad, a variety of vegetables served with an oil and vinegar dressing. each of us had different entries, both the good and shared dessert, all prepared by experts and served. the waiter helped us choose an exceptionally fine Argentine wine. the staff was attentive and the waiting time was what you would hear when you were prepared individually to order. It was a good break from grill restaurants, which looked like all the similar menus. the incoming portions where they are large, so you can go through sharing one if it is not big eaters. the incoming prices were approximately 200 to 400 Argentine pesos. the wine menu showed care and knowledge, with emphasis on Argentine wine. If we had more time on this vacation, we would definitely have returned to this restaurant.

Terrible food and service. We had to wait more than an hour to receive the meat and to our surprise, it was raw. service was even worse. I don't recommend it at all.

We went with three friends, two locals for dinner. now it is in a historical theater with a lot of marble in the lobby. excellent location and bright atmosphere. menu from around the world and all special, obviously, a very capable chef behind the scene. small staff of brilliantwine awesomewait above the vision of repursos. warm photos of invitation and love. restaurant.

If you get the Spanish food, then this is a stop you can't miss. Good air has many old Spanish clubs with restaurants. the Casal is not the exception and has excellent food in a great environment (better than most of them). good place to go with your partner and enjoy chochinillo or paella, do not forget to try a tortilla too.

This is the kind of restaurant that wouldn't come in to look from the outside, the only thing that said there's a restaurant inside a small sign on a slate on the street. Well, once you find the restaurant, it's not luxurious in appearance, but the food is very good, especially if you get the fish.
