Biblos Resto & Coffee - Buenos Aires

We were there for dinner. We liked the mood of the place and the food wasn't bad. They serve big portions, so hungry. We didn't like the service very much. I don't think I'd go back there.

This corner restaurant carries the friendly feeling of a place where locals gather after work for a snack, a beer or to share a bottle of wine. Tasty burguers.

We visited Biblos in our first night at BA as it was close to our hotel. We have the mixed Parrila plate that is more than enough for 3 people. One of the waiters speaks Portuguese, which facilitated our experience (also that we could speak Spanish).

We've been past this place for over a week. It's a good dining room, all male waiting staff. Lunch and dinner menus have a lot of variety. Vern ordered the Carrera Cheddar Burger and enjoyed it with the side of the frits. He also ordered a four-part salad, the balm was thick and rich. I ordered the Biblos sandwich. It is smoked salmon, chives, cream cheese, avocado, arugala on a flat bread. I guess my smoked salmon taste is more focused on the sushi side. That was very salty and I suppose that would be called Lox. The pieces were thick and hard. I wasn't thrilled.
