Bar El Federal - Buenos Aires

I went here on our second day in good aries and didn't disappoint. Good service and one of the waiters spoke English that helped. We ate the pasta that was fresh and tasty / we have noticed that the locals do not temporize the food, so you need a little salt. We will definitely enjoy it back before we go.

I was early on a Friday night enjoyed a quick and attentive service in this bar/cafe character. a lot of locals who go and come for meals, with shared plates loaded with meats, cheeses, olives, etc. the table of 20 girls of 20 things seemed happy with so juices and freshly squeezed salads until the time came to pay and questioned her bill. Anyway, the service was good without being on top, and they seemed to be making a rough trade without being nervous despite the relatively close rooms.

This was our first night in ba, so we hadn't had the hunt to discover the menu. We stayed around the corner, so we decided to venture, it's a beautiful old pub. the staff was very cozy, and tried to be useful with the menu, but they didn't have English and we didn't have Spanish, so the result was that I finished with bread and cheese for dinner. But my husband's burger was nice.

We don't have a very bad experience there. We went for lunch today and we expected a busy restaurant, as there is a "bank break" in good air, but the waitress serving as it was on the moon and she gave us a horrible customer service. Anyway, the time was 14:00 pm and the waitress were working through areas. Our waitress was constantly in a hurry, but colleagues seemed to relax. She mistaken our meals that had to change without even saying sorry. He literally took my partner's plate on my shoulder and left. our main meals were horrible: I ordered a little "pasta rossé", which is cream with tomato (one easy) and they didn't even put salt on them. my girlfriend ordered a Spanish omeltet that had chorizo (???????? like a Spanish. I can say that this is not a proper Spanish omelette. Furthermore, she offered us some bread, but she gave us only one piece with a little butter (the other tables had a basket of bread with different types of breads and sticks of free bread). Besides that, we had to wait a lot to finally talk to her and ask her for some dessert. She didn't even let us finish when she called her and she said she'll bring us the bill. Finally, we called his attention, told him what we wanted for dessert. We are both Spanish, so we speak the same language, but she seemed that she did not seem to understand us because she told us that they do not have a liquid hot chocolate (liquid hot chocolate without thick) only the thick (speso) . I ended up flanking (cream caramel) that was disgusting and my partner was for a hot chocolate (which was surprisingly liquid and not thick like it) and the churros. The churros were dry and looked like a stone. hard to eat and it looks like they cooked the day before... The worst thing I've seen in my life is that customers take the menu for themselves from the shelves and some snacks (cacacahuetes) from the counter while waiting for the ages to the waitress to come and serve them. Of course, our bill led to come too. We paid and left without giving any tips, of course. Don't go.

I had a couple of people recommending this place, so this weekend I had a chance to see what the food was like. I totally recommend this place, we ate a lot and we don't even spend a lot of money. The only thing I didn't get was that it's a little dark inside. But besides that... everything was great.
