I have been living here in Buenos Aires for about 2 months and this restaurant was 100% my favorite so far. The dumplings were delicious and the overall menu has something for everyone! The owner and staff were so accommodating for our group of 8 girls and they were very helpful with the menu. There are also some fun bars close by that you can go to after! View all feedback.
Group of 10 of us visited here on our tour to Buenos Aires. Asians yearning for some Asian food after a few days of western food cuisines. We were not disappointed - ordered the belly pork baos and the beef handmade noodles soup. Both were excellent! Highly recommend.
I had a delicious meal there. In fact, I plan to go back. Very nice staff and the lady who spoke with me spoke perfect english.
Really delicious, friendly service - and did I mention how delicious it was? If you haven't tried baos, you should definitely visit and if you have, you should try these baos!
Bao Kitchen has, simply put, amazing food. They are not shy on spices or heat, and pack in flavor. The bao is the best I've ever had. Even the abbreviated menu (due to the catering) had a wide breadth and variety. The chicken wings were also perfectly cooked and delicious, as was the pork/pork belly ragout. The staff was helpful and attentive. Don't be put off by the storefront type appearance, the food is five star.I will be back often.
I discovered this place when I took the kids to pizza across the street. I have been several times for lunch. The bao is delicious. Interesting flavours, well prepared and not standard flavours you would find in Argentina. They use only organic chicken. The atmosphere is austere. There is a tv on running something about Asian culture. There are lots of people all the time. It opens for lunch at 12. There are lots of Asians eating there which makes me think that it is authentic.
