What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The owner or general manager of the store is a very RUDE and condescending woman. She makes the drink I ordered WRONG. Then got upset because I said it doesn 't taste like a peppermint mocha, that it only tastes like mocha and if they can remake it. I buy4-5 drinks from this location and the one on Osceola A DAY. This restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast experience with a price range of $1-10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top ratings of 5. I would highly recommend trying their delicious Egg and Cheese dish.

I experienced extremely poor customer service at this restaurant. When I asked for the bathroom key, both staff members lied and said they didn't have one. However, we later saw someone return with a key. When we inquired about it, the staff said they didn't appreciate my attitude and refused to let my son use the washroom. We ended up purchasing drinks and food just to be able to use the restroom. As a Canadian, I have never encountered such impolite and judgmental individuals in customer service. Overall, I would rate the service and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.
