I went through the drive through and ordered a cappuccino but instead I was given a watered down dark coffee with no foam whatsoever and not sweet at all after I asked to add caramel and liquid sugar. I didn’t taste it till I got home threw it out) and immediately called and was told I can pick it up during the week and that my name and order would be added to a list. 4 days later I go through the drive though to pick up my order and was called a liar and that next time I need to go back on the same day with a receipt. Obviously it’s not my fault your employee told me I can go anytime of the week after I received the wrong order and just wanted a replacement. I even told the lady I have the transaction on my back account. She kept arguing over a 4 dollar cappuccino in which I told her I will not argue about it and left the line. They lost a customer. The manager also stated that if I wanted someone to believe me I needed to bring a receipt. That is just sad how customers are being called liars. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I experienced extremely poor customer service at this restaurant. When I asked for the bathroom key, both staff members lied and said they didn't have one. However, we later saw someone return with a key. When we inquired about it, the staff said they didn't appreciate my attitude and refused to let my son use the washroom. We ended up purchasing drinks and food just to be able to use the restroom. As a Canadian, I have never encountered such impolite and judgmental individuals in customer service. Overall, I would rate the service and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.

This restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast experience with a price range of $1-10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top ratings of 5. I would highly recommend trying their delicious Egg and Cheese dish.
