Great hotel. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and looked like it had been recently renovated. The pool was a little on the cold side but the hot tub was beautiful. The hotel was very clean. And the free shuttle service to the parks was excellent. View all feedback.

Be very careful when paying by card in the restaurant. They take your card into the back to process the transaction. We paid for breakfast which came out of our account then a couple of days later it was taken again. Despite numerous emails and proof being sent I feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall. Food was excellent very nice Doubletree Hotel. Newly remolded. So close to several attractions Knotts. Employees super friendly accommodating ?Food: 5/5
Great food and service. We had the z salmon and it was delicious.
Not really much that this place can offer. The food quality is inconsistent. I've ordered a burger one day which was great and then another which was absolutely terrible. I understand that things very based off of who's working in the kitchen, but I wish there was some level of quality control. Portion sizes vary tremendously as well.Room service is even more inconsistent. You can't expect them to actually keep to the hours listed on the menu.
Excellent service, and i really enjoyed the food. i didn't have high expectations for the eggs benedict i had, but it was really, really good. i really liked the pancakes, too. way more fruits and veggies than i anticipated.i would just say the oatmeal is not worth $5 :
Ordered the spicy chicken ramen soup for room service and it was delicious! Came quick and staff were very nice and friendly.
