Four stars based on the pork cutlet alone. It was perfectly cooked and just the right amount of crispy.The service was pretty poor and the prices surprisingly high. As with most places these days, the check out system has the guilt tip system with the lowest option at 15%. This is a good court where you bus your own trays, it seemed gratuitous. Donkatsu place that doesn't know how to plate their katsu. Place it on a rack! How can you serve this to your customers? Look how soggy the donkatsu is. Avoid this place!

Just wanted to share that the owner of Shiho Donkatsu and Honglin are same. I ordered JJM and donkatsu from there last week and the lady flipped her screen for me to sign my credit card. I skip on tipping because I didn 't feel the need to tip her (this is food court where I pick up my food, eat at a table and put away the tray when done). I guess she didn 't like NO TIP, her face expression changed and handed me the call tag in a nasty way.I think the food is good for it 's price and no need to tip since it 's food court but if I am being treated this way, I 'd pass and go elsewhere.

A good version of chicken katsu. I've had better in the past but this is a solid effort. Service was a little slow as they were slammed with business. It took them about 20 minutes to get me my order. Portions are LARGE and the meal is worth the value.
