The mango madness dish with fresh mango on top is delicious! The service is great as well. I will definitely come back!

I visit this place often to quench my thirst on hot days. Every time I go, I always choose the Mango Madness, which I believe is the name of the flavor, and it never fails to satisfy me. It tastes much better than the larger competitors in the market. The aromas here are delightful, flowing from the left side of the wall to the right. There are plenty of options available, so make sure to choose wisely.

I’ve visited this restaurant about four times, but I never had to wait in line. Each time I went, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. I had around ten questions, but only felt comfortable asking two because the server was so disengaged. As a result, I ordered something I didn’t really want. The dish looked like the picture, but I couldn’t taste any pineapple at all. The mango was a bit of a disappointment; it was still green and very hard, lacking any flavor because it wasn’t ripe. I would prefer to try a different place, but I can’t remember how to get there. When it came to the shaved ice, it was mixed poorly—some had ice with syrup on top, while others didn’t. I’ll be skipping this spot in the future, especially since the atmosphere felt so cold. There are plenty of other places with more friendly staff. Owners, take note!

I was excited to come to this place, but as soon as I'm here, it wasn't the best experience. young female cash was not helpful at all. not to make my customer service experience good. I felt like I was harassing the young woman when I ordered and paid. After I made my order, I put a request, a little tamarind syrup flavor that they use in the raspados on my drink, but she said she couldn't and wanted me 1 for the optional tamarind stick, that's not what I wanted. what attracted me is that the drink comes with shaved ice and tamarinde could have poured instead of the pineapple taste. I finished the Raspado smoothie, just for the reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1, but there was nothing special. much better places with friendly smiles they find easily.

I was just here to get a drink its 100’ outside. When I entered the store there were about 6 people inside two were ordering the other 4 people waiting for their drinks. After I had ordered my drink she tells me wait outside in the 100’ weather for my drink. Now there were 3 people waiting. I say to her can I please wait inside since it’s so hot outside? But she insisted that I wait outside. So I did when one of the gentleman walked out I walked in she gives me a dirty look very rude!! I told her I am Patronising your business you shouldn’t have people wait outside in this hot weather when your store is not even packed. I am not going back here to get a drink for 7 and a 3 tip again!Hope the management sees this and teach the girl in front customer service and proper etiquette!
