I don't think they are actually smoking the meat in a smoker. The pork and brisket we're most and tasty but no classic smoke ring on true smoke flavor. The Sausage was tremendous and the Crabby Fries were outstanding. The staff were great. No complaints about service at all. We will visit again and try some different menu items
