What Aless doesn't like about Starbucks:
Ordered mobile and picked up drinks in drive through. All the drinks were full of caramel which is NOT what we ordered! Which okay would be fine if they were just coffees but they were refreshers and matcha latte. When brought to workers attention she was very rude and shut the window at us? View all feedback.

Just used the drive through but the inside was all lit up and looked very nice. Friendly accurate service also very fast. Appereciated early in the monring. Our food items were great coorrect temperature and tasty.
They girl made us wait a bit longer than we wanted to but was so nice about it without even saying anything to her she told us the coffee is free because of the way. Now that's customer service ?

I think I finally am over the drive through especially at Starbucks. I could have parked, walked in and waited in a short line quicker than waiting in drive through for a single cup of coffee. Plus I like to put in my on creamer. Oh well, live and hopefully learn.
