Die war total übersäuert und enthielt 2 Pilz und 3 Fleischstücke. Ich erwarte keinen Eintopf, aber das war dürftig. Grünes Curry mit Ente und Reis, als Hauptgericht. Were on the market for the first time in Chans Restaurant. We were very kindly received and led to the table. Unlike most Chinese in the area, there are NO buffets that are not absolutely necessary. We chose a typical Chinese soup. Since this is one of my favorite hosts, I have eaten them very often, but rarely so delicious! Just like she should be... just sour and sharp, very good. As main food Singapore noodles with shrimp (if desired also extra sharply seasoned)...lecker. Also the size of the section left no wishes open. My wife ordered a sushi plate and we were very excited about it. Since we did not get sushi in Büdingen, which deserved this name (preparation, presentation and freshness), we were on the most pleasant surprise we brought along. Absolutely freshly prepared with fish in absolute sushi quality, the by far best sushi we could eat in the Wetterau. We will definitely visit this place again!!!
I'm often in China and I think I can make a judgment. The food tastes wonderful. I especially recommend the lunch and evening buffets. However, the food a'la carte is also very good,
