Konoba Feral - Budva

Updated: minus a star (see below.) first review: a nice and cozy place in the heart of the old town of budva. meat and fish dishes mainly, and there is a whole page in the menu with vegetarian pasta only. ask them to veganize their pasta, and it will be done, I took a veganized option of pasta with grilled vegetables, and it was amazing. updated review: inspired by the first positive experience, I came back here and ordered the same pasta with grilled vegetables. when the waiter brought the pasta, no cheese was seen on the plate. it tasted, however, as if there was a cheese in the pasta. I thought I was wrong, but the court wasn't ready. 30 minutes after, my dear one told me that I was not mistaken about that.

One of few restaurants that values quality over quantity in Budva. All of their food is fresh, mostly bought from the local farmers. Vegan and vegeterian options are very tasty!! They offer pasta with homemade pesto sauce. There are also veggie rissoto options and salads! Also, it is the only restaurant in Montenegro to have homemade vegan icecream, which is absolutely amazing!!! It is a must have truly! Do make a reservation just in case because it can get pretty crowded at dinner time!

The menu was not immediately clear what was vegan. there were a few herbal sides (not clear whether vegan though,) and when I asked the waiter, he smiled with an expression like really? and then I say that we are a fish restaurant where I am otherwise.

Fav place in budva. they will do everything they want with pleasure!

I was confused by the menu as it was not obvious which options were vegan. There were some dishes that seemed like they could be vegan, but it wasn't clear. When I asked the waiter, he gave me a strange look and then I explained that we were looking for a restaurant that served fish. Ultimately, I decided to dine elsewhere.
