Baldino Budoia

We returned to eat just last night at the restaurant Baldino, after several pleasantly positive experiences. The guests of the ciasa de ghaia as usual wanted to have dinner. This time, we found a particularly poor menu (only 2 dishes for fish or meat, reported to appetizers and seconds and also dessert). Raw materials have not changed, but definitely the chef's hand cooks you. As an appetizer it was taken the crispy octopus, which of crispy had not much and was also tasted on a very dense and oily purée, as second instead we took the rombo fillet to the Mediterranean, unfortunately I had to have it back in the kitchen because raw, sweet (ferrarino) zabaione cream with ameretti,rhum and orange peel is the only thing that remained unchanged. I am very sorry because I did not find the dishes I loved to eat and especially because the location and service are still flawless as always. There have been explained the reasons for these drastic changes, I hope they can return the dishes first because I feel a lot about it. If there were five safe stars now unfortunately deserves only 2, I hope it is not only seen as a criticism but as a purpose to bring back the Baldino that I would recommend to all.

Lovely place and top cuisine! Recommended for fish lovers!

It is located inside Ciasa de Gahja, which already in itself is a beautiful position surrounded by greenery. The perfect place for an important business lunch or a romantic evening. Great fish cuisine. Prices are adapted to the quality and preparation of dishes. There is hospitality and courtesy, but it could give even better.

Lovely place, kitchen of 10 and praise for the freshness of the exquisite fish, for the elegance of the location and for the welcome and availability of Michela and chef Karen. We will definitely return
