When I ordered a simple ham, cheese, and tomato sandwic... read more The service at this restaurant is shockingly bad. There doesn't seem to be any employee training at all. When I ordered a simple ham, cheese, and tomato sandwich, I was surprised to see the staff member shrug and admit they weren't sure how to make it. The older lady who seemed to be in charge was also unhelpful. I was even scolded for trying to correct an order mistake that was made. Customer service expectations were definitely not met at this sandwich shop. I even heard from a friend that one of the workers was yelled at for not doing a good job. This is not how a business should be run. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering this is a global food chain.

The previous employees were fantastic - friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the new staff does not measure up. I have been disappointed by recent experiences, including a lack of toppings on my sandwich and receiving a crushed cookie instead of a new one. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but was told that was all they had. I'm sorry, Subway Mooloolaba, but we will not be returning.
