Spent two nights at Ikko on our recent holiday from Perth and even introduced our local friends to this fabulous little Japanese. Very fresh sashimi, light and tasty tempura & delicious agedashi tofu. Friendly courteous waitstaff & byo, what more could you want! Very causal and basic interior but if you are focusing on your food and the company it shouldn't bother you. View all feedback.

If you want something quick, simple and fresh then this is the place but if you want something a little more substantial then you had better go elsewhere. This appears to be the only Japanese restaurant in the area so not much choice. Our meal was OK it just wasn't what we were wanting. Service was quick. View all feedback.
Cheap and cheerful healthy and with friendly service in this family business all the dishes were an interesting adventure through culinary Japan.

Eat one meal at Ikko Japanese Kitchen and you will know it was made by the hand of a master. The food is assembled to satisfy both mouth and eyes. The too obvious no frills, undecorated dining room is very quickly compensated by the artistry coming out of the kitchen. Our every meal on every visit has been prepared and presented to perfection and at a very reasonable price. A great place fo those who appreciate what it takes to create real Japanese food.
Awesome flavours and ridiculously cheap prices! Will definitely be back for more. My partner and I ordered 5 dishes in total and all were amazing. Can't wait to try the ramen (only served at dinner)
