The reception staff was super friendly and helpful, which helped a lot when we arrived early in the morning. Without expectation, we wanted to get our room earlier than the 12:00 check-in time and we got it at 8:30. It was the beginning of a pleasant stay. Conveniently located to visit Mahabodhi temples. Even though the building and furniture are quite new, the staff lacks professional experience (but they are very polite! . There were big problems with the wifi and there was no breakfast. Because of the low season and the few guests, the kitchen was closed and the director was looking to find someone, desperately, to prepare something for us... Even a teenage boy! Not prepared at all! Clean hotel and a great location , 2-3 mins handy walking distance to Mahabodhi Temple, Clean, Well Maintained, Good Restaurant and Cafe. Staff are also Friendly. Very nice looking good rooms Service good manager looking
Stayed for a day in Sep22 with a group of 15 people. Rooms were good, food excellent. The service provided by both management and support staff is so good and unbelievable. Would like to come back again .
