I’ve asked the staff at the counter if there has been a... read more We’ve ordered two oat latte’s and when they arrived to the table they looked like to different coffees. I’ve asked the staff at the counter if there has been a mistake and I just received a rude reply saying that one coffee was made earlier than the other hence a difference in colour ? . I did not wanted to argue. I went back to the table , stirred the coffees hoping they will be the same but they were not. One of them was an average caffe latte and the other one was basically a glass of milk with a hint of coffee. I was really shocked that the staff was so defensive even when you could clearly see the difference in colour/strength of both coffees. I didn’t receive any apologies or offer of extra espresso shot or a coffee replacement. Don’t bother going there you can get much better and cheaper coffee at Cafe Frei. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
