this is a spacious pub but do not think. typical British pub. there is a bar with table service. meals are also table service. well illuminated and looking at the city. the hotel is located on the corner of the pedestrian zone with many caffes, restaurants and parking spaces. 100 meters from the ounce of donau. not expensive and recommended for a breathing in a shopping or a website to see outing. Really great goulash, better than many of the traditional restaurants that I've tried. Reasonable prices for food and beer. Very friendly wait staff.
We had the greatest time here. At first, service was a bit slow but the longer we stayed, the quicker they served
The Pointer Steak was delicious! The service was a bit slow but I cannot complain as it was Christmas Eve and our lovely waitress Doro told us before hands that it would take a while. Kudos to Doro she was amazing and very attention the whole time, it sure made the difference on the whole experience
Went there for a English breakfast.. Big English pub in a nice area of Budapest.They have happy hour around lunch time so if i remember correctly we got a free beer with our English breakfast. Staff was nice and polite and we got food and drinks really quick even though it was packed.

Situated on corner of pedestrian shopping street which has many Cafés, restaurants and park squares. 100 meters from banks of River Danube. Not expensive and recommended for a breather in a shopping or site seeing outing.
