Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere (there was a violinist and guitarist playing music) The food was good for the price (cost us under £30 for two starters, two mains and two drinks) however the table cloth was a little dirty from the previous people and I felt like we were a little bit forgotten about once we had been given our food as we ended up going to the bar to ask for the bill and then ask to pay. I really enjoyed the ambiente, eating was really great, the service was impeccable and the prices are appropriate. the place is quite busy, there were a lot of people coming, but could not find a place, so recommend to reserve a place before. I found a socket to charge my laptop and handy and could also use their Wi-Fi connection.
Excellent eating! searched for traditional Hungarian food and landed here. we were not disappointed. the speck wrapped meat was exquisite and the sauce with the huh was delicious. the sweet jam with the kamembert was great. Don't worry about beer.
Great service. great food. best meal I had in budapest.
Very nice restaurant with very friendly staff. It’s a cozy place to have meal. The Hungarian style homemade food really comfort me after a long term business travel. The staff even provided me some guide on Roten noble wine purchasing. It’s a perfect place to visit if you want to try some Hungarian food in a casual way.
