I don't know what it's like in the summer but in February this lace rocks! Ovi is a great bartender and makes a mean tanqueray and tonic. The chef there on February 5th 2024 should be the top chef. His or her spicy shrimp is exquisite. The shrimp po'boy is loaded with crispy fried shrimp covering every inch of the baker fresh roll. Add their tartar and you have a perfect po'boy. We recently stayed at the Grand and ended up at the Epic Bar and Grille after attending the event we were in town for. The service was SO SLOW. They had two bartenders working and you would still wait 20 minutes or more to get a drink. I felt like we were overcharged and our receipt wasn't itemized so there was no way to tell. The bar had an eclectic music collection for most tastes. Being February we have excellent service but still a nice small crowd. Everybody looked happy.

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant, and it was a complete catastrophe. The nice decor of the restaurant is deceiving, and leaves you unprepared for what is about to come. You'd think making what the menu says what the food is would be easy, but someone I know ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and was given dry, fatty ham on a bun. I myself got a burger, which was over cooked, and it was placed on a sopping wet bun which broke the second I picked it up. You'd think it couldn't get worse, but the service was terrible. We were the only table in the restaurant, yet something as simple as refills took forever. I know see why we were the only table in there. It sucked so bad. Never eat here. Side note: If you want to order a water from here, you have better luck walking a few feet out to the ocean and drinking from there.
Do not eat here. I ordered a water and I received a small glass and a bottle that had a green residue on the bottom. pitiful. I also ordered a chicken sandwich that I payed $2.99 to get hot sauce on. The food took over an hour to come out even though my small group were the only people in the restaurant. The bun I received was soggier than a wet sponge. The menu said all sandwiches came with lettuce, tomato, and onion and I got just a sorry tomato instead. I will never return to this pathetic establishment and as a message to all who read this review, please do the same and never eat here so it gets shut down. There are plenty of options elsewhere.
The menu, although small looked good. Unfortunately the food was not great. Everything was luke warm and not much flavor. Wait staff need to learn not to put their fingers on the ends of the straws. Others in the restaurant noticed too and went up to the bar to get their own straws. Very disappointed. It looked like a nice place.
