Even though their specialty is the famous strudels (being the first restaurant in the city to introduce them), the other dishes are also delicious. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the service is exceptional. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the service is exceptional. The waiter speaks some Spanish, and helped us with ordering the duck in orange sauce and the chicken with potato pasta, along with a shared dessert that left us feeling full! I believe we paid just under 20€ per person. The restaurant has three unique dining areas, with original glass tables displaying ancient Hungarian objects and books. The restroom was also impressive, with a glass sink showcasing old bathing items. I highly recommend using the discount guide provided by the tourist bus, as it saved us a lot of money!
The restaurant specializes in famous Strudels and is the first in the city to start making them. However, their other dishes are also delicious. The prices are not very cheap, but the service is excellent. The maitre d' speaks some Spanish and was able to explain the dishes to us. We ordered duck in orange sauce, chicken with potato purée, and shared a dessert because we were so full! I believe we paid less than €20 per person. The restaurant has three different dining areas with original glass tables that showcase Hungarian objects like ancient books. The bathroom was also unique, with a glass sink displaying old bathroom items. We were pleased with the recommendation from the tourist bus guide that included discounts for the restaurant. We had a great experience overall!
