From the moment I a... read more Costes and the staff FAR exceeded my expectations. Starting with Mara emailing me during the day to double check my allergy and the details. From the moment I arrived, Ekish opened the door for me like he was expecting my arrival and made me feel immediately welcome. Ekish and Arai provided top notch service all night, answering all my silly questions food related and otherwise! Peter served up delicious wines all night long. Some of the food was a bit outside my comfort zone but all of it was incredible! Delicious, surprising, decadent. To my delight, I had the table near the bar with a slight view of back of house operations they indulged every inquiry I came up with. At the end of my dining experience, they even took me to see the kitchen meet the sous chef, Noel (executive chef had already left). I felt like I was inside an episode of the TV show the Bear all night and I could not have been happier. Joy was definitely on the menu at Costes. It was super clear that they would do anything in their power to make a good experience for me and I loved every moment. Highly recommend.
