all 5 stars! I felt welcome, it was clean, eating was very good. first, they feel like you're going to someone's house, but it's there trust me, a little hidden. my favorite was the salsa! red was perfect for me because I am a wimp and can not treat a spicy. I would literally buy it from the glass! I can't wait to go back to breakfast just to put the salsa on it lol! I have a fajita burrito and my daughter hassadilla... View all feedback.

The corn tortillas were cooked but ended up soggy, and I was hoping they would be drenched in sauce. Instead, they were simply in the box with some shredded white cheese on top that hadn’t even melted. The refried beans were rather bland, and while the potatoes were crispy, they could have used more seasoning. Fresh, friendly, and fast. Great breakfast tacos. Tortillas are delicious. Stayed open during the snow in 2021 and kept people fed.
Genuine Mexican home cooking! The migas were incredible, and my wife enjoyed the chilaquiles, which were absolutely delightful! We complemented our meal with limon agua fresca and Jamaica agua fresca. The Jamaica agua fresca is definitely a must-try!

On a positive note, the two pieces of bacon served with the dish were excellent, and the salsa had a nice flavor without being too spicy. Overall, I was hoping for a bit more from my Chilaquiles. Perhaps this is just Susy's way of serving them. The food was decent, but there was definitely room for improvement.
Finding a restaurant that serves authentic Tex-Mex cuisine has been a challenge, but then we discovered Suzy’s Tacos! I’ve now sampled almost everything on the menu, and I haven't been disappointed yet. I usually start by trying one signature dish, and for me, it’s the Garne Guisada. There are two variations: the brown gravy and the red. While I don’t mind the red, as it’s the more traditional option that many places serve, my personal favorite is the brown gravy. It feels more Tex-Mex and brings back memories of my mom and grandmother's cooking. So when I ordered it at Suzy’s and received the brown gravy, I knew I had found my new go-to spot! And the taste? Simply perfection! While not every item is flawless, everything I’ve tried has been at least good. Don’t miss out on the green chile!
