W... read more Roggen Cafe it opened for a few quite accros the street of Sir Complex. It always had very large portions and food quality has very good and prices quite low. We've been eating here for years and never had any problems with our food. We've always been happy and we've eaten regularly since we live in the neighborhood. The only drawback was the terace that was very loud because it was right on the boulevard and there is nothing they can do. It was always full of people. Now, recently expanded (they bought a shop directly nearby) and expanded the restaurant. So the terace is now double, inside it has also doubled. But the prices rose to the roof and the food quality was 't mainained as before! Food is not so well prepared or even poorly prepared, burned etc. When trying to talk to the waiter, go to the kitten with the plate and show them how burned the fish was, the answer of the cook was that it did not burn, waiters did not come with a solution. It was like: Take it or leave it. Usually, if a customer upsets it, try to do something: They do not charge the court, give them a free desert or drink something. He just came back with the court, left it on the table and just said, cook says fish is not burned. And the worst part is that nobody cares. The terace is full, within its half full, and with the price expansion the profit clearly increased. We went a few times after the renovation in the restaurant and always had a problem with the food, most of the time something burned (meat, omelet, fish etc.), food is not as fresh and taste not as good as before. I don't want to go here anymore, not even for a drink!

I don 't usually like judging a place by a one-time experience but in this case I will have absolutely no moral issue in doing so... I went to the Roz Café for... read more I don 't usually like judging a place by a one-time experience but in this case I will have absolutely no moral issue in doing so... I went to the Roz Café for a drink with a friend and I really wish I didn 't... It 's one thing to not be able to serve a product because you don 't have it anaymore (pepsi twist , it 's something else entirely to get upset at your customers because they don 't want a wedge of lemon in their replacement regular pepsi (pepsi twist has lemon in it... Then, my friends order a bruschetta with salad but the waitress didn 't see fit to bring a fork so my friend got to eat the salad without any... Last but not least, when we asked for the bill, we had to wait 10-15 minutes to finally get it... When we asked to pay by credit card another waitress (the only one that was polite and actually working told me it wasn 't possible for some reason. I thus went to pay at the bar to my waitress and even though she saw me standing next to her continued to pretend to type things on her screen and when a colleague of her reminded her I was still there, she gave me an aggressive one minute/moment so I just put the bill on the counter and left... The time we were there, we noticed that even though there were 5 people there, only one was actually dynamic, two were very slow and 2 just sat there doing nothing. Frankly it 's a bad experience as far I am concerned but I 'm not saying you shouldn 't go there, maybe they just had a bad day... the four of them...
