I've ordered burgers from this place twice. First time the portions were big, the food was great and they listened to our requirements (I asked for a burger wel... read more I've ordered burgers from this place twice. First time the portions were big, the food was great and they listened to our requirements (I asked for a burger well done without tomatoes). The second time we ordered, it was a disaster. The portions were way smaller than the first time and the burger looked ike they just trow all the ingredients on the plate and also I asked for it to be well done and without tomatoes. We ordered 3 burgers and when they arrived, they all had tomatoes inside. When I called to tell about this, they said they don't use tomatoes (even though it's clearly specified on the ingredients list) and asked for photos. After I sent the photos, they said someone will come and collect the burgers and bring back a new order. So I've told them just one needs to be replaced and I've waited for another hour. When the new one came, it was without fries and the meat was pink and the inside raw. I had a terrible experience with them and I will never buy something from that place again.
