The drink selection, for cock... read more Contrary to some of the comments in previous reviews, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful - particularly the mixologist! The drink selection, for cocktails at least, was excellent and each was very well made. But yes, I recall there was not much in the way to choose from if you wanted a decent beer. I only ever had to wait for one other person to finish in the ladies' toilet. The atmosphere was really chilled and the DJ set the right ambience. We much preferred Monteoru to places in the old town. We went in three times over a three night trip - which says it all really. A mark is knocked off the rating as the toilets have seen better days, and you are a bit stuck if you want a beer. It's worth it though, the cocktails are excellent. A lovely relaxed garden in which to while away a couple of hours.

It's also a problem with not enough toilets, especially for the ladies whom I often saw a sad queue of 10 girls long for some dirty wet toilets. The same situation is at the bar with 1 bartender at 1 register taking orders one at a time. At peak hours, you often have a queue that's 20 people long.
