i was there some days ago. The atmosphere is nice,the music is good.The staff is friendly and helpfull.Good drinks selction.Cold beers!This is a nice place to spend time with friends!Is popular for young people and for hipsters.It is located in a historical monument.The area is safe for tourists. What User doesn't like about Monteoru:
Rude service , no soap at the toilets (just some colored water) , awful music , no food even tho it recommends itself as food and drink ...sorry..they have nachos ???? . I don't recommend it . View all feedback.
Bad selection of drinks and very bad service. The bartenders ignore people drinking and laughing.
Although they have good music, on a Saturday night the bar is busy and we have served wine in a rock glass... and whisky in a paper cup: not cool bathromom is terrible.
Very cozy place, loved the trees and the decor integrated into the given free space. It fits perfectly. Relaxed people and a good Hugo drink. Very recommended and I would go back. Go on!
We went to Open Monteoru for an evening and it was a good atmosphere, with beautiful music, very good drinks and good service. Too bad they don't eat. However, you can order to supply food locally. The toilets are not so clean.
A nice place to have some drinks. Rather quiet comparing to Old city area, which is not far. A place for hipsters I would say, with wooden pallets coaches and chairs, well done. Do not expect a very strong customer service.
