What User doesn't like about Lente Dionisie Lupu:
I spent 2 horrible hours here with my friends !! Very rude and grumpy staff, did not let us play on phones, spilt the water on a friend and did not apologise...and not to mention inside was so cold we kept our jackets on. View all feedback.
