I visited Kastel with a few friends and the first impressions weren’t great. I’m a bit more adventurous than my friends who were originally put off by the lack of guests sitting outside ... the other restaurants had a few people sitting out, but Kastel’s seats were empty. Many people eat, so it's good to go. No Calamari and only cash... A bit backward for a restaurant in a modern capital. Mirc was nice and the service was good.
If you want to eat something good, just don't go there! The fries were full of oil and had no taste. The salads? A joke... Won't come here ever again!
Very cheap food that is good quality. Nice staff.
Maybe a little small but perfect place
