What User doesn't like about Haveli:
I was in Bucharest on holiday over the weekend and ate here with friends. I come from the uk where we are spoilt for Indian restaurants so maybe this isn't entirely fair but I was not impressed with this place. Service was incredibly slow. We reached the restaurant by chance, after my husband insisted to eat spice food. It is located near center, unfortunately the street is full of gypsies, but don't be scared, you will be either ignorance or depend on the mood you will be the attraction of the day.
