After a trip involving Canada, France, Norway, England, Serbia, Greece, United States and Romania, I was delighted to find Bistro Raw Vegan in Bucharest! Although they are a small restaurant on a side street, they have the largest vegan menu that I found anywhere in the world. What I really found amazing was that everything I tried, both food and drinks, a perfect balance of flavors, ingredients and presentation, which was just delicious. The passion, commitment and care that the two sisters are in everything was clearly visible. The only disappointment is that they insist on using honey in their deserts that most vegans would find in contrast to vegan philosophy, especially if there are so many vegan sweeteners options.
If you want to try something vegan in Bucharest this is a must do! The owner is very kind and the food is with a lot of taste. The food was for to go. Just as a note: this is one of the places where...you can feel the heart in it!
Great takeout/catering place. Google maps does not show the correct location (the pin is up the street a bit), so be a bit careful if you're going and make sure you know the address as well. This is not a sit down place, so be prepared to take out. The desserts were probably the best raw desserts I've ever had.
I ordered from them a week ago. They had a very big delay of about an hour and a half that motivated to be due to a problem with the driver. The food arrived cold, they have not announced before the delay etc. I decided to go over and I ordered today. after I gave the order that was made and announced a time of 45 minutes, I was called back and I was informed that they can not send command because there is a minimum 60 RON, provided that they are 1 km. I do not recommend !!!
