We waited 45 mi... read more Total disappointment, two failed steaks, 90 minutes wasted We came here expecting a quality meal, but instead, we wasted 90 minutes of our time. We waited 45 minutes for the first T-bone steak, which was served completely overcooked, nowhere near the medium rare we had asked for. After sending it back, we waited another 45 minutes for the second one and unbelievably, it was overcooked again. Same mistake, twice. When we asked the waiter about the delay, he said the steak was “in the oven.” That alone says enough. A proper medium rare T-bone should never be cooked in an oven. It should be grilled over high heat, ideally on a cast iron or open flame, seared for about 4-5 minutes per side, then rested, not baked like a casserole. For a restaurant that tries to present itself with flair and style, they fail at the most basic culinary execution. A T-bone is a premium cut of meat that deserves respect and it simply wasn’t given here. No real apology, no urgency, just wasted time and dry meat.
