Doing a tasting here is like doing a tasting tour of the whole country, without leaving your seat. We also had a HUGE platter of the most delicious cheese and cured meats. Our host, Dario, was so friendly and interesting; he knows his stuff and paced the experience so well. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
