Frustrated, I drove around the building and sat... read more I visited the drive-thru around 12:30 PM. I waited for about 2 to 3 minutes at the speaker without any response. Frustrated, I drove around the building and sat there for another minute or two, still without any communication. Finally, they took my order but told me to hold on. Once again, there was no response. It was lunchtime, the busiest time of the day, and there was no one else in line. This experience highlights the terrible service they are providing. It's disappointing.

The food was a bit salty, but the service was incredibly fast; my meal was ready almost as soon as I received my change.
