I visit this location quite often to pick up large breakfast takeout orders. They always answer the phone early in the morning to take my order and have it read... read more I visit this location quite often to pick up large breakfast takeout orders. They always answer the phone early in the morning to take my order and have it ready when I arrive. The team members are always friendly, and I enjoy listening to their banter in the kitchen. Hardee's is similar to Waffle House in that you always know what to expect. I'm also really glad that I don't have to use a phone app to place my order.

After that, I drove around the bui... read more I arrived at the drive-thru around 12:30 PM. I waited at the speaker for about 2 or 3 minutes without receiving any response. After that, I drove around the building and waited another minute or two, still with no response. Eventually, they took my order, but then told me to hold on. Again, there was no further communication, and there was no one else in line. Considering it was lunchtime, which is typically the busiest time of day, it was surprising that there was such a lack of service. There’s clearly a problem with their service.
