Among the best wings I've ever had. The rest of the food is spectacular too. Very friendly staff and good beer selection. Great bottle shop attached as well. Breakfast in the bottle shop is great. What Ryan Watson doesn't like about Candlewyck:
The wings were amazing! I also ordered a burger, cooked medium, but it arrived quite rare. The staff took it back and warmed it up, and it was delicious after that. My wife had the cheeseburger and thought it was good too. The only downside was the service; even though the restaurant wasn't busy, it was difficult to get the attention of our waitress. The waitress was very nice. Attention and pleasant. The food is overwhelming. Delicious and hot. Really nice to eat.
Great little pub. Our waitress was even too friendly, she was chatting up other tables, and made us wait for service while recommend another restaurant to another table.
They got a decent variety for a menu I usually just get the chicken I have a a good finger licking recipe for fried chicken but also a cold refrigerator full of beer and other plenishable items
Taylor's was our server. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger. You need to be hungry to devour this monsters. Half pound of beef cooked the way you like it. Fresh jalapenos, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and onions. I hate to admit it but when I put all that together I had a great juicy burger dripping with flavor. Taylor's brought me extra napkins. I tended up cutting up my burger so I could eat every bit. You also get crispy BBQ Chips. Thank you Candlewyck and Taylor for a wonderful experience.
Big portions and great prices! Staff was very nice. Food was delicious. Had the Sunday special. Prime Rib.
