(There are two in both ends of the hall) Either one you take, once you're up, you can then go on the sides till you get to an old metal+glass door that leads to an outside terrace. On the left it's an old Romanian restaurant Petra and on the right is the coffee shop place. Enjoy! A fine hidden gem discretely hidden from the rest of the Obor market. Topside, overlooking the whole area with a unique quietness touch to it. Cappuccino 15 RON (170ml) creamy and delicious Coffee's awesome and so are the local sweets produce that are sold inside.
