It’... read more I’ve been meaning to write this review for a year, and even after all this time Teoría Cocktail Bar has left such a lasting impression that I have to do it. It’s truly something special. We arrived as a big group without a reservation and fully expected to be turned away, but the team asked us for 30 minutes and when we returned, they’d prepared a beautiful table perfectly sized for all of us. From the very start, the vibe was absolutely gorgeous. Several people in our group have severe allergies, and our server, Silviu, was hands-down one of the most attentive and thorough servers I’ve ever encountered. He walked us through every option, explained each ingredient and made sure we understood any risks. Thanks to him, everyone felt completely safe and we could fully enjoy the cocktails, which were honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. Creative, beautifully balanced and presented with so much care. The whole team at Teoría was a total vibe warm, fun and genuinely passionate about what they do. My friends still have the stickers they gave us stuck to their phones, and the Polaroids the staff took of our group and let us keep were such a thoughtful touch. Little things like that made the night unforgettable. Even a year later, I catch myself daydreaming about going back. This bar is incredibly special and I’m already excited for my next visit to Bucharest just so I can return to Teoría. Highly, highly recommend. Food: 5
