The cake made by SweetEla created a sensation this time as well, the first time we collaborated 3 years ago and now because I had a request that I didn't have the courage to leave in someone else's hands, I said I'd still turn to her. In short, my little boy's godmother really wanted to surprise him on his birthday (he turned 5), with a cake in the shape of an airplane. And not just any plane, but one that is a faithful copy of an Emirates I sent two photos as a model (one for the runway and one for the plane), we discussed how many people I needed and what composition, and that was about it. No stress, no hassle. I left it up to the specialists to estimate how many cm the plane should be because I was 100% confident that it would come out right. And it really came out! I am attaching some photos where you can see this cake wonder that shocked/surprised us all, including me but also all the customers of the restaurant and its employees After I did a full photo session and the kids were licking their lips with appetite, I cut some of it and EVERYONE praised the taste. So not only did the cake come out exactly like the real thing, but it was also super tasty, somehow it reminded me of the taste of chocolate cakes from my childhood. I wholeheartedly recommend the SweetEla team if you have a beautiful event, to which you put a lot of heart and you want to have no stress regarding a cake, both in terms of aesthetics and taste THE BEST!!! Very good cakes, especially macarons, which are not my favorite, but these impressed me. I tried Sweet Ela and Coffee and Caramel and both were delicious. The price is higher than at a normal confectionery, but the difference is noticeable.
