Was Martin S at Sublimmme a mag?
We discovered Sublimmme at our friends wedding and I must confess their candy bar was our spot to be right after the dance floor. Well balanced flavours, all felt fresh and without added sugar or artificial ingredients. Definitely gonna stop by at their restaurant on our nearest visit in Bucharest View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Sublimmme:
I can't quite understand how this place has so great reviews when we left, we had to wait on the vault until someone first noticed us. Beverages had all sold out so we could only serve tap water for free, but it is still not the most beautiful option when you dive out, of course. The Shawarma wrap we ordered was cold and not well balanced in terms of aromas and spices; the Burger was also something on the Bland side.... View all feedback.

Fantastic service, burgers, cakes. Chill out vibes. Super clean WC. Fully recommended.
Came in and half the menu wasn’t available (when the server turned up after 10 minutes) as the oven was too full apparently to for all the deliveries that were being picked up. Got a water and a warm turmeric latte and ordered what was available rhe house cheeseburger and baked potatoes. Exactly 1 hour later and with no interaction from the server at all (we were going to leave) and we got a warm, extremely soggy and unseasoned “burger”. To be honest it’s the worse “burger” I’ve ever had. The potatoes were nice and the sauce lovely but that’s it. An hour for good potatoes and sauce, luckily it only cost £25!
One of the best places to get vegan food and deserts. I try to always come here when I visit Bucharest. It's been 3 or 4 years since I discovered it and I'm addicted to their products... Their cakes are simply sublimmme I'm not a vegan but their raw vegan cakes are some of the best cakes I have ever tasted. They are rich in flavour, creamy and not super sweet which is a huge plus for me. Their venue is also so incredibly cute and the staff is very kind and polite. I love it there. Would totally recommend it.

We had a late lunch at Sublimmme so we’re happy they still serve most of the food late on a Sunday. We went for the sweet mustard burger and seitan wrap. And had three raw cakes to share hard to choose what was our favourite
We had the cheese burger and the wrap. Both were very full of ingredients and they tasted great. There were lots of cakes available but we were too full to partake on this occasion.
Hab a raw vegan tiramisucake to go and really loved it. Thats all i can tell. Would definitely come back and try all the other different cakes! Updated from previous review on 2024-02-14
First vegan restaurant I ever visited. The food really is sublime. We had ‘Sweet mustard burger” and a lemonade with ginger. Both were delicious, especially the burger and potatoes. Try it, you won’t regret it. Also, the place is really nice and the personnel is friendly. Updated from previous review on 2023-12-16
It seems more like a collective house than a restaurant. The food was however good, but overpriced. Had the tiramisu and a burger, which were both very good. A cold blend matcha latte, however was very underwhelming. I was going to give 3stars, but the tiramisu tipped the scale! Has potential but needs improvement

Shoarma It was realny poor. I was so much disappointed. Bread wasn’t fresh nor warm. Nothing was warm, actually. I ask for heat it up and I got another one but not much improved. The pieces of seiten were dry and hard. The staff barely grasp. But the cake was great! Kombucha also good.
Fantastic, really tasty, good food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend going!

We were disappointed and thought that the place on a Sunday could be more concentrated on serving cakes and preparing orders.
Had the seitan wrap and vegetable wrap. Both were very tasty and fresh. The tahini dressing on the seitan wrap was amazing. Then shared a lemon cake and raffaello. Service was good and lovely little place.
Large selection of sweet and hearty, beautiful atmosphere. The boro boro cake was amazing!
Slight wait time as it seems like they are on minimal staff, but very nice! Ordered the cheeseburger moving moutains, the bun did fall apart during eating but was very worth it. The sauce was to die for and so were the potatoes. Price point was cheap in euros, about 8eur each Cakes were also very good! Updated from previous review on 2023-03-08
