This restaurant is connected to a hotel and has a very nice appearance. I had to go through the hotel since the street entrance was locked. I had dinner there on a Monday night at 5:30, and for the first 15 minutes or so I was the only customer until another guy came for a meal. I'm not sure what they do at other times of the day, but I was surprised that they set a TV to the history channel with the volume quite high. I had no intention of learning about the Romeo Spies from East Germany at dinner, and I would have preferred to leave my own thoughts. I asked the waiter to mute television, but either that was not an option, or he just didn't know exactly what the word was mute. However, he turned the volume to a more tolerable level, which was an improvement. Without television it would have been a nice meal and atmosphere.

Arrived late at the hotel and wanted something quick to eat. Only 6 other diners in the restaurant. I don’t think this establishment has the most welcoming décor, but we sat down nevertheless (as we were hungry!!) and soon got served. Sadly, no draft beer but the bottled variety was nice and cold. My colleague had the fondue and he said it was ok. I had the steak on hot rocks, again ok, nothing special. Service was swift and efficient although not overly friendly. Place was ok, just ok. Wouldn’t rush back but as a stop gap, it will do . Average.
