We arrived to Bucharest very late and it was the only place we found near by to still offer food at midnight. The pasta was decent, but nothing very spectacular. The staff was very friendly and service was good. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Restaurant Horoscop:
Food is fine, but service and waiters seems they are all time peaced off... Otherwise, all is fine, no complain, just a short refreshment to all staff they need to please guests.. View all feedback.
