The food is delicious, for very good prices (student focused). Additionally, there was a very nice cat that...made our afternoon even better. Very good music, fast service, flawless.

It is situated at the ground floor of one of the dorm rooms of Politehnica University in a place called Regie. I have known this little pub since I was at the university years ago, it was and it...still is great. The interior is uniquely decorated with a lot of private areas, each with it's own story with a university student theme more or less, stories like The engineer, The mechanic, The judge and so on. You can read all about them on their web site but I advise you to go and try the food. It is great. I went with other work colleagues in a get-together. The service was fast, we ordered before o'clock and we got happy hour prices. The prices are very good and affordable. I recommend you try the ribs. They melt in your mouth. Eat at PUB and you will not regret it.
