Pizza Hut Afi Palace Cotroceni

Burning pizza. the only comment I could give. the waitress said that this is the “normal” way to make pizza at pizza hat.

Armed and it was very empty, but we were not allowed to sit on one, as they seemed reserved for invisible people. we were served by a woman who had the ordinary Romanian charm, no smile, not polite, looked like we were blackmailing her to do her job. then we ordered two meat-feast pizza. then she gave us two different pizzas and then gave us the blame to say that this is what we ordered. this despite her memory of a person said: "I will have a meat solid pizza" and the second person say "I too." So we ended up with a pizza and a ruined evening meal. total waste of space workers and no apologies.

I eat there 2 or 3 times a week, but every time I had a bad time because of the service that eat is good, but it is not worth in comparison to the service, I go today and raise above all. the personal, and no one comes to serve me, nothing, 20 minutes I played with my phone, and the place was empty, and the personal was joking and lacking around.

I ate several times at the Pizza Hut and I really like it. Especially I liked Penne Quattro Formaggi is very tasty. Negative thoughts: some bored and not very attentive waiters.

We were a group of 12 people celebrating someone's birthday. we asked a waiter on a table where we could sit together (a reasonable question from my own.) even if they had many replacement tables that were very easy in. we had to wait more than 15 minutes at the entrance. we asked several waiters what is going on and we were treated very disillusioningly. her lack of amiability continued when we finally came to the restaurant. we were told with superiority to divide into 2 groups and sit at different tables. we asked again why they could not unite these two tables. (the half of the restaurant was empty and it was much space we were answered that it was not possible. so we had to add another table of ourselves to sit together. imagine 12 people around a table that is usually for 6-8 people if there are no other customers in this area again! when our waiter finally returned to take our order, he seemed rather irritated. he threatened us to reorder the tables when we go! also, while he served us, he was very ironic and unprofessional, he even implicit that, because the cute occupied most table maybe we should order nothing else. eating was not spectacular (we ordered pizza), maybe a bit cold because of waiting. I and my friends felt very comfortable during our stay. we felt embarrassing, and we were very disturbed by the behavior of the staff. I never come back, and my friends, and I recommend to them to do the same. there are other places where eating is much better and the staff really cares for their customers.
