Situated in a prime area of the city, the setting is stylish yet relaxed, making it a great choice for both casual dinners and special occasions. The interior design is elegant, with a modern touch that enhances the overall atmosphere. The menu features a variety of dishes that are both innovative and flavorful, and the quality of ingredients is evident in each plate. However, there was one dish that could use some refinement: the fish with Andalusian salsa. While the flavors were on point, the salsa overwhelmed the delicate taste of the fish. The dish also looked a bit chaotic, as the salsa seemed to overpower the presentation and made the plate feel somewhat messy. A more balanced approach to the salsa would likely elevate the dish further. Overall, P+1 is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal in Bucharest, and with a small tweak to the fish dish, it could easily be a five-star experience. The food was great, i really enjoyed the truffle pasta, and my friends enjoyed their dishes and coctails. Our waitress was extremely kind and we managed to smuggle the candles without the bday girl noticing. Her name is Andrea, a truly wonderful person. She was extremely kind. Oy downside of the place is that the menu is not translated in English but she was very kind to answer to all of our questions. Highly recommend! The atmosphere was great! The fact that we requested a double espresso and were given an Americano was something I did not like. After we pointed out the error, the order was modified. Additionally, we selected a table when we got there, but we were informed that it was reserved and requested to relocate. Reservation markings and information should be placed on the table.
