Ota is one of the underground places they need to know to find it. it is in the cellar of a house in cotroceni without street sign or advertising. it has an exc... read more Ota is one of the underground places they need to know to find it. it is in the cellar of a house in cotroceni without street sign or advertising. it has an excellent bar with very decent trips, a homemade kitchen served amazing suppers, Indian and oriental meals and the occasional cakes, especially in winter. in summer there is also a terrace in the hof and it sometimes houses the strange party. it is also sporty friendly and it keeps special nights at certain occasions such as world cups and such. the place is open in the regular every Wednesday and thurdsay and sometimes on Friday and they can stand up until about 2 o'clock in an animated night.
