Kiosk has no marked vegan options.... read more Couldn 't recommend this place less if I tried. You have to order via kiosk, even though staff were standing around chatting. Kiosk has no marked vegan options. I took a photo of my order and asked staff if it could be vegan before ordering. They said yes, and to tell them when I put the order in. I did exactly that, only to be yelled at by the rudest, most condescending staff member who claimed he couldn 't make it vegan. It was so bad that the other nice staff member kept trying to calm him, patting his arm and telling him they could make the order. It turned out he didn 't know that the option the other staff member had told me about could indeed be vegan. Did he apologise? Nope. Just became a lot nicer, so apparently he was capable of that. But even if the mistake had been mine to begin with, the way he talked to me was so uncalled for. He was also 100% unwilling to help me with a solution, despite me calmly asking 3 times what we could do to fix it, instead getting really defensive and saying it wasn 't his fault even though I 'd not said it was. His 'solution ' was to serve me meat despite my having confirmed with staff AND telling them beforehand. Disgusting. After all that, the noodles were dry and flavorless. The sauce comes separately, so you have to take out the spring rolls to make your own noodles in the box. Spring rolls were flat and cold. Onion rings were cold. Bucharest has a tonne of great vegan options, but this isn 't one of them. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: lei 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Technically has vegan options, but staff are not educated about them, they 're not marked or selectable on the kiosks you have to order on, and staff are rude if you try to talk to them about making the order vegan. Go elsewhere.
