What Todor Neacsu doesn't like about Noah:
Good food. Average taste. It was fresh, but average. I didn't like the waiter dressed like he was going to the bank. The portion was quick to remember that we were the only costumes. If you're in the area and have to eat, it's a good choice, but not my first. View all feedback.
