What User doesn't like about Lugo Restaurant & Lounge:
Good location and nice environment but terrible food. I’ve received a salad with withered arugula leaves, rancid nuts, canned beetroot – couldn’t eat. Loved this restaurants much I went back twice. We were staying at the Mercure, and this restaurant had a cosy outdoor seating in-between two buildings and we couldn't resist. The food was really good, a tad pricey compared to other places in Bucharest, but well...More View all feedback.
